Prepared by Dr. Mona bint Muhammad Al-Ghazwany

Dr. Mona bint Mohamed Al-Ghazwani presented in her research on the impact of electronic management on performance the following:
As a result of the tremendous technological advancements in the field of information and communication technology, electronic management emerged as a response to the use of computer applications in public services and the enhancement of traditional work methods to make them more flexible and efficient. Accurate decision-making relies on precise data analysis using advanced technologies and modern scientific methods in partial and quantitative analysis, searching for correct solutions. This is achieved through the provision of electronic information systems and technologies. This study aims to determine the impact of electronic management and artificial intelligence applications on employee performance.

The study seeks to understand the impact of electronic management systems and artificial intelligence systems on performance by achieving several sub-objectives, including:

1-Defining artificial intelligence and its characteristics.
2-Identifying the characteristics of electronic management and distinguishing it from remote management.
3- Understanding various performance concepts and exploring performance characteristics.

The current study followed a descriptive-analytical approach, relying on quantitative methods. It is a research concerned with collecting quantitative data using applied measurement tools on a representative sample of the indigenous population. Statistical and analytical methods are used to reach specific results in light of pre-developed hypotheses and questions.

The questionnaire was designed and used as the primary research tool, specifically crafted  for this purpose

The study concluded with a general inference that there is a positive impact of implementing electronic management and artificial intelligence applications on employee performance, and the numerical results supported this conclusion.
